When first embarking on your yoga journey, tailored and personalised one-to-one tuition allows you to work at your own pace. Susanne has guided countless beginner students on their path, so whether you are looking to develop a sustainable home practice designed specifically for you, or would simply like a few private sessions in order to gain the confidence and comfort to attend group classes, she can help!

If you are a more experienced student looking to deepen or refine your practice, revisit the fundamentals, or are recovering from injury, Susanne will work with you to create a tailored program to suit your needs.


Your sessions will begin with an in-depth assessment of your practice and consultation to discover your aims and goals. From there Susanne can help you to: develop and refine asana technique, form and alignment; explore pranayama and meditation practices or simply help you to rediscover and re-energise your practice afresh.
